Novo Nordisk announced the list price change on February 24, 2026, calling it a reduction of about 50% for Wegovy and 35% for Ozempic from the current list price.^[3] Wegovy’s current list price is $1,349.02 per package for the pill, pen and Wegovy HD.^[1]

What expires on December 31, 2026

• Zepbound Savings Card: $25 a fill with covering commercial insurance; card expires and savings end December 31, 2026.^[4] See the Zepbound Savings Card guide.

• Mounjaro Savings Card: $25 with coverage or $499 without; ends December 31, 2026.^[5] See the Mounjaro Savings Card guide.
• Novo Nordisk $199 new-patient offer: 2 monthly fills of the 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg Wegovy or Ozempic pen, through December 31, 2026.^{[1, 2]}

Lilly and Novo Nordisk had not posted 2027 replacements for these offers when we checked on October 30, 2026. The Novo Nordisk commercial savings offer for Wegovy and Ozempic ($25, up to $100 off a month) lists no end date.^{[1, 2]} See the Wegovy Savings Card guide for its terms.

Wegovy price in 2026 and 2027

Self-pay through NovoCare in 2026:^[1]

• Pill: $149 (1.5 mg), $199 (4 mg), $299 (9 mg and 25 mg)
• Pen: $199 for new patients’ first 2 fills, then $349 for 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg
• Wegovy HD 7.2 mg pen: $399

Ozempic price in 2026 and 2027

Self-pay through NovoCare in 2026: the pill is $149 to $299 by dose, and the pen is $349 a month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg or 1 mg and $499 for 2 mg, after the $199 new-patient fills.^[2] The list price becomes $675 a month on January 1, 2027.^[3] Ozempic is approved for type 2 diabetes, not weight loss; see the Ozempic cost guide.

Zepbound price in 2026 and 2027

Lilly’s 2026 self-pay prices for the KwikPen are $299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg), $499 (7.5 mg) and $699 (10 mg, 12.5 mg, 15 mg), or $449 for 7.5 mg and up when you refill within 45 days.^[4] Lilly had not announced any 2027 Zepbound price or card terms as of October 30, 2026. The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers the Zepbound KwikPen for $50 a month through December 31, 2027, but not the single-dose pen or vials.^{[7, 8]} See the Zepbound cost guide.

Mounjaro price in 2026

Mounjaro’s list price is $1,112.16 for a 28-day supply, and its savings card brings a fill to $25 with coverage or $499 without coverage until December 31, 2026.^[5] Mounjaro is not on TrumpRx’s GLP-1 list or the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge.^{[6, 8]} See the Mounjaro cost guide.

The maker’s own terms set the $199 Wegovy and Ozempic pen price only for new patients’ first 2 fills of the lowest doses, so check the price for your dose at checkout.^{[1, 2]}

Medicare GLP-1 prices in 2027

The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers Foundayo, Wegovy and the Zepbound KwikPen for $50 a month, no matter your income, and the $50 does not count toward your drug plan deductible or yearly out-of-pocket limit.^[8] It runs through December 31, 2027; CMS says the extension lets it collect data ahead of a possible BALANCE model in Part D, and it has said nothing about 2028.^[7] To qualify you need Part D coverage, must be 18 or older and must meet BMI and health condition rules.^[8]
